Eurokars Group Indonesia is looking for an Accounting Supervisor to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, supporting monthly closing activities, and preparing financial reports across multiple business entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, general ledger, account reconciliation, and financial transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Prepare and review financial reports for multiple entities within the group.
• Support consolidation reporting and ensure consistency of financial data across entities.
• Review and verify accounting documents, supporting data, and financial reports.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax-related documents, and bank reconciliation.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, tax consultants, and other related parties when required.
• Ensure all accounting processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax regulations.
• Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and internal control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experienced in handling accounting reports for multiple entities or group companies.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliation, and monthly closing process.
• Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, responsible, and able to work with deadlines.
• Experience in automotive, retail, distribution, or group company environment will be an advantage.
