We are an Automotive Company currently looking for a seasoned Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations and ensure strong financial governance across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who is not only strong in technical accounting, but also hands-on, commercially aware, and able to support a dynamic, fast-paced automotive business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, closing)
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management
- Maintain compliance with PSAK, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Partner with auditors for statutory and internal audits
- Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth
- Continuously enhance accounting processes and systems
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA is a plus
- 7+ years of experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations
- Background in automotive, dealership, or manufacturing environment is highly preferred
- Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Hands-on leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
