Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of journal entries recorded in the system.
  • Coordinate and communicate with related teams (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cost Control, and Tax) regarding revenue and expense transactions for each legal entity.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports to support timely and accurate closing.
  • Perform journal checking and validation to ensure alignment with supporting documents and policies.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (fresh graduates with strong academic background are welcome to apply).
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and journal entries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Structured, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
