Accounting Associate

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and responsible professional to join our team as a Junior Accounting (Temporary). This role will support the accounting function in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform journal entries and maintain accurate financial records using Accurate

2. Prepare data recapitulation and perform account reconciliations

3. Support the administration of natura and phone charge transactions

4. Assist in the preparation and handling of PPh Unifikasi

5. Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting

2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

3. Basic understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian taxation

4. Familiarity with Accurate software will be an advantage

5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., basic formulas, data processing)

6. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and good analytical thinking

7. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

8. Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks

9. Willing to work on a temporary basis
