Job Description

We are currently embarking on an exciting phase of growth, preparing to launch several innovative new projects including BLive Co-Living, BWork Uluwatu Coworking Space, BVilla, BFriend Community Center, and Munduk Smart Farm. To support the successful launch and seamless operation of these significant developments, we are seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to join our expanding team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Admin to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our finance department&aposs daily operations, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company during this period of significant expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Input financial transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and timely recording.
  • Review, process, and manage invoices, including verifying accuracy and ensuring timely payments.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to ensure consistency with financial records.
  • Maintain organized records of financial documents, including receipts, invoices, and financial statements.
  • Prepare and submit regular financial reports and summaries, including expense reports and monthly financial statements.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining financial filing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Assist accountants with month-end and year-end closing processes and audits as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Finance and Accounting Admin position.
  2. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  6. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  7. High sense of urgency and agility.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Experience working in a multinational company.
  3. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  4. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports.
  5. Familiarity with payroll processing and financial compliance.
  6. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  7. Currently based in Bali or willing to relocate.
