Account Payable

1. Invoice Processing: Receive and review supplier invoices, verify details against supporting documents, input and posting in the accounting system.
2. Reimbursement Processing: Receive and review employee reimbursement, verify details against supporting documents, input and posting in the accounting system.
3. Aging AP: Prepare aging AP reports to track down the outstanding payables.
4. GRNR Follow Up: Coordinate with other departments to follow up GRNR .

Requirement :

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Accounting.
2. Attention to detail, Proficiency in accounting software or ERP systems, logical thinking.
3. Minimum 5 years experience in accounting field.
4. Language : English, Indonesia.
5. Preferably familiar with SAP.
