Job Description

What You Will Do :

Supervise the operation of AP, maintain the KPIs and drive process improvement.
Manage end-to-end invoice processing, payment runs, vendor queries and onboarding.
Reconcile vendor accounts and GL related to AP.
Ensure compliance with tax, policies, and internal controls.
Support month-end close and AP reporting. Also documentation and support for audits.
Coordinate with Treasury on payment scheduling.

What We're Looking for :

At least 3 years of AP experience, with supervisory role as a plus point.
Strong knowledge of AP processes, local tax (PPN & PPH) practices, and vendor payment methods.
Proficient with accounting systems (SAP) and MS Excel.
Attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
Professional proficiency in English language.
Willing to work on site in Cikarang.
