Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by partnering with Building Management (BM) to adopt Parkee's B2C product.
  • Deliver presentations, conduct product pitching, and lead negotiations with BM until agreement/contract signing.
  • Organize and support product socialization sessions with building users/tenants/visitors to introduce and encourage usage of Parkee's B2C product.
  • Act as the main liaison between Building Management, end-users, and internal teams (marketing, business operations, product, business development) to ensure effective implementation.
  • Monitor ops on-site performance and coordinate with the ops team to ensure execution aligns with business targets.
  • Achieve sales, transaction, and user adoption targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, negotiation progress, socialization activities, and ops performance.
  • Collect feedback from BM and end users to support product development and improvements

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, internship or freelance experience in sales is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • High motivation, target-driven, and eager to learn
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify customer/BM needs and propose effective solutions
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills to process and analyze sales or client data
  • Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Willing to travel or work flexible hours if needed
