Berning AI Solutions is looking for an Account Manager to support our growing roster of clients and ensure the success of AI-driven sales campaigns. This role is ideal for a professional with a customer-facing background who is highly organized and tech-savvy. You will act as a liaison between clients and our internal team (marketing and AI engineers), overseeing campaign execution and making sure AI-generated content is polished and aligns with each client's brand voice. As our client base expands, this role will grow in responsibility, so we need someone proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable collaborating remotely.
This role is remote and project-based, with the flexibility to expand as new clients come on board. Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients working alongside our CEO. Maintain clear, prompt, and professional communication via email, addressing client questions and providing campaign updates and reporting.
- Campaign Coordination: Oversee the execution of AI-powered Account-Based Marketing and Sales campaigns for each client. Work closely with our automation engineers and content creators to ensure campaign milestones (outreach sequences, follow-ups, etc.) are delivered on time and meet objectives.
- Content Tailoring & Quality Control: Review and edit AI-generated assets such as outreach emails, one-pagers, and social messages to ensure they adhere to the client's brand voice and quality standards. Provide feedback or manual tweaks so that all content feels personalized and on-brand.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new clients. This includes scheduling kickoff meetings, gathering client requirements (target audience info, branding guidelines, campaign goals), and helping set up clients in our systems. Make sure new clients are smoothly introduced to our process and tools.
- Follow-Up Tracking: Monitor campaign engagement and follow-up tasks. Keep track of which leads have responded or require additional follow-up, and ensure our team (or the AI agents) send timely responses. Update internal trackers or CRM with the status of leads and campaign outcomes.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings or demos between interested leads/clients and our sales or technical experts. Manage calendars (using Google Calendar or scheduling tools), send out invites, and handle any rescheduling or coordination issues.
Client Advocacy & Feedback: Act as the voice of the client internally. Gather client feedback on campaign performance and communicate any concerns or suggestions to the team. Proactively recommend adjustments to campaigns or processes to better serve client needs.
Qualification
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 0-2 years in account management, customer success, marketing, or other client-facing roles. Internship or part-time experience in managing client communications or projects is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to convey ideas clearly and build rapport with clients through emails and calls. Comfortable tailoring tone and messaging to different audiences (from technical stakeholders to marketing executives).
- Organization & Proactivity: Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple client campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Proactive in following up on tasks and anticipating client needs. A self-starter who can take initiative to solve minor issues before they become problems.
- Tech Savvy:Fluent in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) able to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. General comfort with technology and quick to learn new software (e.g., project management or CRM tools).
- Content Sensibility: A good eye for content and detail. Experience in writing or editing (even school projects or internships) is helpful you should be able to spot if an email draft sounds off-brand or if a slide deck needs tweaking to look polished.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working on teams (could be remote or in-person) and using collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, or Trello. Willingness to coordinate across different time zones if needed and keep everyone aligned on client deliverables.
- Adaptability & Growth Mindset: Enthusiasm to learn about AI-driven marketing and the industries our clients operate in (especially life sciences, though not required). Open to taking on increasing responsibilities as the company grows, and comfortable with the flexible nature of a growing startup environment.

Compensation: IDR 510 million/month
