Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Medan as a Regional Account Manager. The Regional Account Manager will engage with key clients to build and maintain strong relationships, drive sales growth, and meet set revenue targets. The role involves creating and implementing regional sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, preparing forecasts, and identifying expansion opportunities. Collaborating with internal teams and partners to ensure product knowledge, market insights, and customer satisfaction is an essential part of this position.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Account Management with a focus on relationship building and client retention.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, regional strategy development, and performance tracking metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in the technology sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting software, and CRM tools is highly beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel within the region to meet clients and support business needs.
