Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development within the Government Sector (B2B/B2G) in IT, outsourcing, or consulting.
  • Proven experience in maintaining client relationships, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sales targets and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
  • Understanding of core IT roles (Network, Engineer, IT Support, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and skilled in problem-solving.
  • Existing network of companies requiring IT outsourcing services is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Identify and acquire new potential clients who require IT outsourcing services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Understand clients business and technical needs to provide suitable outsourcing solutions (IT Support, Developers, etc.).
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing quotations, and solution presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Lead contract negotiations, service terms, and SLA discussions with clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, revenue forecast, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and account progress to management.
