Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for identifying, developing, and executing offline business opportunities to expand Zoicy Skincare's presence across retail channels. This role focuses on store expansion, partnership development, sales growth, and optimizing offline store performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Offline Business Expansion

  • Identify and evaluate potential locations for new Zoicy offline stores, booths, or reseller points.
  • Conduct site surveys, foot traffic analysis, and feasibility studies.
  • Prepare and present location proposals to management.
  • Negotiate with landlords, mall management, and retail partners.

2. Partnership & Channel Development

  • Establish and develop relationships with resellers, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Create collaboration schemes aligned with Zoicy's business model.
  • Ensure partner compliance with brand standards and SOPs.
  • Maintain strong and long-term relationships with key partners.

3. Sales Growth & Performance Monitoring

  • Ensure monthly and quarterly offline sales targets are achieved.
  • Monitor store performance, identify challenges, and propose action plans.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer demand, and stock needs for each location.
  • Work closely with the operations and warehouse teams for inventory alignment.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market studies to identify customer needs in offline channels.
  • Monitor competitor activities including pricing, promotions, and retail strategies.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance market presence and revenue.

5. Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, warehouse, and retail operations teams.
  • Ensure all offline stores comply with Zoicy's operational standards (display, stock, service).
  • Prepare accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.

6. Offline Promotion & Activation

  • Plan and execute in-store promotions to increase foot traffic and sales conversion.
  • Manage offline activations and events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of offline campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Retail Expansion, or Sales (beauty/skincare industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of offline retail, distribution networks, and partnership models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Willing to travel for store visits and location surveys.
