Job Description

Join the dynamic team at PT Clarus Innovace Teknologi as an Account Manager. This full-time role in Jakarta will see you responsible for managing key customer accounts and building lasting relationships to drive business growth.

Project Overview (Brief overview of project, client, scope & objectives):

  • Responsible for sales activity for IT solutions, particularly within system integrator projects.
  • The positions requires close with customer for the purpose accessing customer needs, find new market opportunities, presenting offers, negotiating and closing contract, and monitoring contract implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Informal contacts/lobbying, approach the customer to get advance information before tender, maintain relationship or build with new customer.
  • Finding, creating opportunity and develop prospective leads to be qualified opportunities and close the deals.
  • Offer solution to customers by study and evaluate customers problem.
  • Maintain project funnel in project portfolio system.
  • Managing internal coordination among technical, project management, product specialist and the account.

What We're Looking For

  • At least more than 2 years experience as account manager or sales role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
  • Proactive, self-driven and result oriented.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple Accounts in parallel.
  • Well-groomed appearance.
  • Salary would be based on experience.
