Account Manager. This full-time role in Jakarta will see you responsible for managing key customer accounts and building lasting relationships to drive business growth.
Project Overview (Brief overview of project, client, scope & objectives):
- Responsible for sales activity for IT solutions, particularly within system integrator projects.
- The positions requires close with customer for the purpose accessing customer needs, find new market opportunities, presenting offers, negotiating and closing contract, and monitoring contract implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Informal contacts/lobbying, approach the customer to get advance information before tender, maintain relationship or build with new customer.
- Finding, creating opportunity and develop prospective leads to be qualified opportunities and close the deals.
- Offer solution to customers by study and evaluate customers problem.
- Maintain project funnel in project portfolio system.
- Managing internal coordination among technical, project management, product specialist and the account.
What We're Looking For
- At least more than 2 years experience as account manager or sales role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
- Proactive, self-driven and result oriented.
- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Ability to manage multiple Accounts in parallel.
- Well-groomed appearance.
- Salary would be based on experience.
