Job Description
- Drive growth to achieve targets and strategic goals within assigned accounts.
- Apply an insightled selling approach aligned with customer and consumer needs.
- Identify opportunities and develop structured commercial account plans.
- Manage project pipelines all the way through commercialization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers within customer organizations.
- Navigate and manage engagement across customer functions (R&D, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations).
- Facilitate effective collaboration across internal teams, including supply chain, customer service, R&D, marketing, and management.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, with at least 5 years experience in ingredient sales to processed meat manufacturers.
- Background in selling valueadded solutions (e.g., seasonings, marinades, flavors, preservatives).
- Experience working with distributors is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills and solid interpersonal abilities.
- Strong project management experience, particularly in managing key accounts.
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
