Job Description

  • Drive growth to achieve targets and strategic goals within assigned accounts.
  • Apply an insightled selling approach aligned with customer and consumer needs.
  • Identify opportunities and develop structured commercial account plans.
  • Manage project pipelines all the way through commercialization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers within customer organizations.
  • Navigate and manage engagement across customer functions (R&D, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations).
  • Facilitate effective collaboration across internal teams, including supply chain, customer service, R&D, marketing, and management.

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with at least 5 years experience in ingredient sales to processed meat manufacturers.
  • Background in selling valueadded solutions (e.g., seasonings, marinades, flavors, preservatives).
  • Experience working with distributors is an advantage.
  • Strong English communication skills and solid interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong project management experience, particularly in managing key accounts.
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
