Job Overview:

We are seeking a bilingual (Chinese/English/Indonesian) Account Manager (AM) to join YFY Jupiter's Customer Success team in(Tangerang). You will work closely with the Business Development (BD) Owner to manage local client relationships and support business growth, driving customer satisfaction and value. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural adaptability, and execution ability to meet client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Meetings & Engagement: Attend client meetings to discuss business needs, project progress, and solutions, providing real-time support and feedback.
  2. Service Proposal Management: Assist clients with packaging sample discussions, testing, and approvals, ensuring designs and quality meet expectations.
  3. Information Collection & Feedback: Gather critical insights from clients (e.g., market demands, competitive intelligence) and relay them to internal teams.
  4. Task Execution: Support the BD Owner in executing local business plans, including project follow-ups, supply chain coordination, and delivery management.
  5. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term trust with clients through effective engagement.
  6. Networking & Social Skills: Demonstrate the ability to engage in client-facing social interactions, understanding client preferences to build personal rapport, and leveraging these opportunities to expand networks and exchange business insights.

Qualifications:

  1. Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, capable of professional oral and written communication, additional Indonesian beneficial.
  2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in account management, business development, or related fields; packaging industry experience is a plus.
  3. Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in project management, independently handling sample discussions and feedback processes.
  • Market insight, with the ability to collect and analyze client and competitive information.
