Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain occasions. As an Account Manager, you will manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining effective communication with clients to support their business objectives. This role involves monitoring account performance, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for client growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client account management, relationship building, and decision making
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and technology solutions
  • Analytical and organizational skills to identify opportunities, manage accounts, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Experience in the technology, software, or startup sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
