ABOUT

WRKO Creative is a branding and digital growth agency working with premium and ambitious brands across multiple industries from clinics and industrial brands to retail and lifestyle businesses.

We focus on strategy, high-quality content production, and performance-driven digital campaigns. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven Account Executive (Hunter) to help us expand our client base and bring in new revenue opportunities.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role is focused on new business development.

We are looking for someone who can actively generate leads, initiate conversations, secure meetings, and contribute to closing deals working closely with the founder on larger pitches.

If you're proactive, target-driven, and comfortable selling branding and digital services, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and generate qualified leads
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Schedule and lead initial discovery meetings
  • Prepare proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate with the founder for pitching and closing mid-to-large accounts
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships
  • Track pipeline and report weekly sales performance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 13 years of experience in agency, digital marketing, or B2B sales
  • Proven experience in lead generation and closing deals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working with revenue targets
  • Self-driven, organized, and proactive
  • Understanding of branding and digital marketing services is a plus
