Account Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive based in Bali, Indonesia. The Account Executive will primarily focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include creating proposals, managing client accounts, collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality services, and actively engaging in lead generation and market analysis to expand client base.

• Strong experience in client relationship management, lead generation, and achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in market analysis and developing business proposals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and ensure client satisfaction
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Prior experience in the hospitality, travel, or related industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus
