Role Description
As an Account Executive, you will act as the strategic bridge between clients and our creative team. Your role is to understand client goals, translate them into clear creative directions, and make sure ideas are executed smoothly from concept to delivery. You will manage relationships, timelines, and expectations in a fast-paced agency environment—turning briefs into impactful creative campaigns.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (creative, design, production, etc.).
- Understand client objectives and translate them into clear, actionable creative briefs.
- Coordinate and manage the execution of creative campaigns and projects from kickoff to final delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet the brief, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
- Support simple strategic planning and business thinking for assigned accounts.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in the creative, branding, and digital marketing industries.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in an Account Executive (sales/maintenance) or similar role within a creative environment,
- Proven ability to manage clients, projects, and internal teams in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Good understanding of branding, digital marketing, and creative workflows.
- Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a dynamic agency setting.
