Responsibilities
- Drive growth by pitching and closing deals with both existing clients and new prospects, unlocking long-term partnerships with brands.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning client needs with Narrativs marketing and creative solutions.
- Lead effective client conversations, uncover challenges, and translate them into actionable campaign briefs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire leads, hit monthly targets, and contribute to agency revenue goals.
- Spot new market opportunities by analyzing growth trends, assessing risks, and understanding client and partner objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, digital) to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred).
- 13 years of experience in digital marketing, creative agency, or media, with proven success in client pitching and account management.
- Strong communicator with exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
- A team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work seamlessly across departments.
- Confident presenter with solid analytical thinking, capable of turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
