Job Description :
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Develop a strong understanding of the client's business, brand, and marketing objectives.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams to refine campaign strategies.
- Work with internal departments (creative, KOL, production, and digital) to ensure campaigns meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns across various media channels
- Ensure quality control and consistency in all deliverables before presenting them to clients.
Account Executive Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Understanding of advertising principles, digital marketing, and media planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
