Account Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the event planning and execution process. The role involves developing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that all client needs are effectively met. Strong communication and organizational skills are key to managing multiple projects and delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Experience in client relations, account management, and customer service.
• Skills in project management, team coordination, and multitasking.
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with event planning, creative concept development, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta and travel as needed for events or client meetings.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
