Job Description

In the position of a Digital Account Executive, your primary focus will be on building and nurturing client relationships, as well as driving sales growth through effective communication and delivering creative and innovative marketing tailored solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure seamless execution and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities :

  1. Provide strategic advice, project management, and manage project budgets.
  2. Drive upselling and cross-selling efforts, keeping clients informed about services and projects.
  3. Lead client services, including pitch creation, presenting, and responding to inquiries.
  4. Develop systems for workflow efficiency and maintain client relationships.
  5. Present creative initiatives, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  6. Act as a liaison between creative teams and clients, providing feedback.

Requirements :

  • BFA/BA in Communication/ Creative or related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of Account Executive preferably within the Creative/ Digital/ Marketing Agency.
  • Active personality
  • Fluency in English is a must (verbal and written)
  • Strong selling, competitive objection handling, and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and contribute to revenue growth, while being empathetic to customer's needs
  • Good communication skills, to be able to listen to and speak with staff and clients to ensure that they understand employees ideas and clients desires for marketing project.
