About the role:
As a Key Account Executive (MT) at MOP Beauty, you will be the primary owner of the Modern Trade (MT) channel, responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of our retail partnerships. Your mission is to cultivate high-level relationships with key retailers, spearhead new door openings, and drive strategic sales initiatives to hit revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with sales & marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure flawless execution of in-store activations while staying ahead of market trends and competitor activities. With a focus on optimizing physical product placement and promotional excellence, you will ensure MOP's brand presence is dominant on every shelf. This role requires a self-motivated professional with strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Channel Ownership: Act as the primary lead for Modern Trade accounts, managing the entire process from identifying potential partners to securing long-term contracts.
- New Door Openings: Strategically expand the brand's footprint by identifying and executing new store/door openings across nationwide or regional retailers.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with MT category managers and buyers, negotiating mutually beneficial terms, listing fees, and margin structures.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, optimizing share of shelf, product placement, and in-store visibility.
- Operational Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure stock availability, timely fulfillment, and seamless execution of trade marketing initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Activate business drivers by tracking offline KPIs, including sales-out data, stock days, and promo ROI to optimize profitability.
- In-Store Excellence: Ensure the implementation of MOP's visual merchandising standards, including store visuals, planogram compliance, and brand collaborations at the store level.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of beauty industry trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior within the retail landscape to drive informed decision-making.
- Affiliate Support: Engage in supporting company-wide tasks and collaborate on operations for affiliated companies under PT. MOP INDONESIA CORP as needed.

Requirements
Requirements
- Possesses 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Key Account Management, specifically within the Beauty or FMCG industry, with a strong track record of managing large-scale retail accounts.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven Experience in Key Account Management specifically within Modern Trade (MT) or General Trade. Experience in the beauty or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to open new accounts, manage complex partnerships, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to extract insights from sales-out data and retail metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external retail buyers.
- Project Management: Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities, from logistics coordination to large-scale retail rollouts, while meeting deadlines.
- Results-Oriented: A self-motivated mindset with a focus on hitting targets and constantly seeking opportunities for channel growth.
