Key Responsibilities:
1.Seller Acquisition & Onboarding
- Search, approach, and acquire new sellers from China and local markets.
- Conduct outreach via email, WeChat, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Explain Kick Avenue's value proposition, authentication flow, fee structure,
and benefits.
- Guide sellers through onboarding until they are actively selling.
2. Seller Relationship Management
Manage relationships with Chinese sellers and local sellers.
Act as PIC for daily communication: stock, pricing, catalog, shipment.
Handle seller issues professionally and ensure good retention.
3. Performance Growth & Revenue
- Drive seller GMV growth, optimize listings, pricing, and product expansion.
- Monitor seller performance metrics and generate insights.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Ops, CS, Finance, and Tech to ensure smooth workflows.
- Coordinate campaigns, livestream, and content needs with marketing team.
5. Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure sellers follow quality, authenticity, and marketplace rules.
- Educate sellers to reduce violations and operational issues.
Qualifications:
Mandatory:
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and seller-facing skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Seller Relationship Management, Account Executive, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and interest in the sneakers and fashion industry.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Open to foreign candidates with valid Indonesian work permit (KITAS).
