Role Overview:
One of our clients is looking for a results-driven Account Executive with strong experience in IT Consulting and Training industries. This role is responsible for acquiring new clients, driving revenue growth, and building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive client acquisition by identifying, approaching, and securing new business opportunities in IT consulting and training
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, opportunities, and pipeline reporting
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline performance, and revenue achievements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Management, IT, or related field from a reputable university (A accreditation)
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the IT Consulting or Training industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and persuasion
- Customer-centric, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
