Account Executive

Ertri Indonesia is a digital agency based in South Jakarta, Indonesia, specializing in digital marketing, creative content, and technology solutions that help brands strengthen their presence and achieve their business objectives.

We're looking for an Account Executive with a strong commercial mindset to drive business growth, build lasting client relationships, and lead projects from planning through execution.

Job Descriptions

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client portfolio.
• Generate and conduct weekly client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Understand client needs and recommend strategic digital solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, budgets, and project timelines.
• Lead client communication and coordinate with internal teams from planning through execution.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Client Services, Sales, or a Digital/Creative Agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand client briefs and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Detail oriented, proactive, and solution driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience in a digital or creative agency is highly preferred.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
