Manage and expand key partnerships including modern/offline retail partners, and distributors.
Develop and execute account and distribution strategies to drive brand visibility, availability, and profitability.
Identify and onboard new distribution channels and regional partners to expand market reach.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and promotional programs to optimize sales performance.
Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and creative teams to execute marketing campaigns and trade activation plans.
Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and inventory levels across all channels to ensure smooth distribution flow.
Conduct regular business reviews with partners and internal stakeholders to align on goals and performance.
Ensure consistent brand experience and visibility across all sales and distribution touchpoints.
Requirements:
Minimum 35 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Trade Marketing, preferably in wellness, healthy lifestyle, supplements or retail industry.
Familiarity with modern/offline retail partners, and distribution channels
Proven experience managing online and offline sales channels, including distribution network development.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term partnerships with key clients and distributors.
Strategic, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
