Account Executive role will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strategic partnerships, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction. Needs strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in B2B, SaaS, or loyalty programs
Requirements :
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, especially in FSI, Banking, or FMCG industries
- Experienced in loyalty programs for at least 1 year
- Familiar with tech companies, SaaS, and startup environments
- Strong exposure to B2B business
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and business-minded
- Able to communicate confidently with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Experience handling or competing with loyalty product companies such as Benefit One, Member.id, or GetPlus is a plus
- Good attitude and professional appearance
Responsibilities :
- Identifying and approaching potential new business opportunities
- Researching industry trends and providing strategic advice related to client needs and new sales opportunities
- Building proposals and delivering presentations regarding products and services to clients
- Acting as the main point of contact for client complaints and escalating issues when necessary
- Ensuring all contract terms are properly executed by both the company and clients
- Monitoring performance metrics to support client targets and business objectives
- Managing projects by developing detailed project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
