Job Description

Account Executive role will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strategic partnerships, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction. Needs strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in B2B, SaaS, or loyalty programs

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, especially in FSI, Banking, or FMCG industries
  • Experienced in loyalty programs for at least 1 year
  • Familiar with tech companies, SaaS, and startup environments
  • Strong exposure to B2B business
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and business-minded
  • Able to communicate confidently with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience handling or competing with loyalty product companies such as Benefit One, Member.id, or GetPlus is a plus
  • Good attitude and professional appearance

Responsibilities :

  • Identifying and approaching potential new business opportunities
  • Researching industry trends and providing strategic advice related to client needs and new sales opportunities
  • Building proposals and delivering presentations regarding products and services to clients
  • Acting as the main point of contact for client complaints and escalating issues when necessary
  • Ensuring all contract terms are properly executed by both the company and clients
  • Monitoring performance metrics to support client targets and business objectives
  • Managing projects by developing detailed project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
