Job Description

SBG builds and scales digital products and solutions across banking, insurance, FMCG, enterprise, and AI-driven transformation. We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive (B2B / AI & Digital Solutions) with proven enterprise closing ability, executive-level presence, and disciplined deal execution to drive high-value, long-term revenue.

Work Setup:

  • Position: Full-Time
  • Location: Mayapada Tower 1, Jakarta
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday

Role Scope

Own and close complex enterprise deals end-to-end. Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales motions for AI, data, and digital transformation solutions in regulated and large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from initial engagement to contract signing
  • Engage C-level, BOD, and senior stakeholders across client organizations
  • Lead consultative discovery to identify business, technical, and commercial needs
  • Position AI, data, and digital solutions aligned to enterprise outcomes
  • Structure, negotiate, and close deals ranging from IDR 500M to 5B+
  • Execute BOD-defined pricing, deal strategy, and commercial frameworks
  • Coordinate internally with delivery, product, and leadership teams
  • Maintain deal quality, margin discipline, and long-term contract value

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Account Executive in B2B environments (banking, insurance, FMCG, enterprise conglomerates, and AI-driven)
  • Demonstrated track record closing large, complex enterprise deals
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capability
  • Deep understanding of consultative and solution-led sales motions
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
  • Commercial discipline in pricing, negotiation, and contract structure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling AI, data, or digital transformation solutions
  • Exposure to banking, insurance, FMCG, or large enterprise clients
  • Existing network within enterprise or conglomerate environments
  • Comfort operating with minimal supervision and high accountability
