We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive (B2B / AI & Digital Solutions) with proven enterprise closing ability, executive-level presence, and disciplined deal execution to drive high-value, long-term revenue.

- Working Days: Monday to Friday
Role Scope
Own and close complex enterprise deals end-to-end. Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales motions for AI, data, and digital transformation solutions in regulated and large-scale enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from initial engagement to contract signing
- Engage C-level, BOD, and senior stakeholders across client organizations
- Lead consultative discovery to identify business, technical, and commercial needs
- Position AI, data, and digital solutions aligned to enterprise outcomes
- Structure, negotiate, and close deals ranging from IDR 500M to 5B+
- Execute BOD-defined pricing, deal strategy, and commercial frameworks
- Coordinate internally with delivery, product, and leadership teams
- Maintain deal quality, margin discipline, and long-term contract value
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Account Executive in B2B environments (banking, insurance, FMCG, enterprise conglomerates, and AI-driven)
- Demonstrated track record closing large, complex enterprise deals
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capability
- Deep understanding of consultative and solution-led sales motions
- Ability to manage long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
- Commercial discipline in pricing, negotiation, and contract structure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AI, data, or digital transformation solutions
- Exposure to banking, insurance, FMCG, or large enterprise clients
- Existing network within enterprise or conglomerate environments
- Comfort operating with minimal supervision and high accountability
