Responsible for managing FTL ( Land ) third party logistics 3PL partner relationship including the onboarding process after acquisition and ongoing account management
Provide insight to stakeholders regarding vendor performance development and strategy
Provide insight from 3PL perspective , including understanding products , market and competitor dynamic
Serving data analytical in term of service development ( vendor development project )
Claim Administrative Penalty & Settlement
Weekly and Monthly Meeting with 3PL ( FTL Vendor )
Coordination and alignment with internal stakeholders ; Vendor Management, Value Chain , Control Tower , Middle Mile Operation, Finance Operations
Managing FTL Team
Requirements
Bachelor's in industry Engineering /Logistics/ Supply chain or any related field - Proposes
At least 2-3 years of experience in Express, Logistics company /Supply Chain as Business Intelligence/Performance Management/Control Tower/ Vendor Management
Hard Skill : Excel ( Vlookup, Sumif, etc), Phyton, Visual Basics, Power BI is plus , app scripts, looker studio.
Good data analytical skills and problem solving
Understand end to end operation transport delivery
Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers
