Manage and validate BPO: attendance, payroll inputs, allowances, and incentives to ensure cost accuracy and prevent financial leakage.
Ensure compensation/THR/allowance practices comply with Indonesian labor regulations
Monitor people cost vs. budget, identify discrepancies, and proactively flag risks before payroll finalization.
Provide structured sampling data and maintain dashboards to support QA performance monitoring.
Deliver reliable people cost and performance data to support operational and financial decision-making.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in CS team / payroll / people cost administration.
Google sheet master, & strong analytical skills with ability to identify minor errors. The role covers payroll validation, compliance, QA data support, and dashboard performance QA.
