Workforce Management and RTA

Teleperformance Indonesia is looking for a WFM and RTA to join our International Customer Support Operations team in Bali, for Australian market.

You'll be the person behind the numbers, forecasting staffing needs, creating schedules, monitoring performance in real time, and turning data into insights that help the business perform better.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Forecasting and scheduling to make sure operations are always well-staffed
• Monitoring real time performance and making quick adjustments when needed
• Analyzing workforce data and creating reports with actionable insights
• Partnering with Operations teams to improve productivity and service levels
• Keeping WFM tools, reports, and data accurate and up to date

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a Diploma (D3) degree or higher
• Has experience with Genesys Satellite or Genesys Experience (this is a plus!)
• Understands Workforce Management and RTA processes like forecasting, scheduling, and real time management
• Is comfortable working with numbers and data
• Can communicate well in English (written & spoken)
• Is open to working in shifts
• Can join ASAP
• Is willing to be based in Bali
