Configuring Workday modules under direction from senior resources.
Working directly with customers to clarify requirements and help translate them into Workday solutions.
Undertaking unit testing to ensure configuration meet business requirements and troubleshooting any issues.
Identifying appropriate system test scenarios.
Coordinating with stakeholders and managing timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Participating with the migration of configuration & data related to the delivered solution and to ensure all associated documentation is completed.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Information System, Information Technology, Psychology (with HR experience), or Industrial Engineering.
Have experience 2x full cycle implementation of HCM applications, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user enablement.
Fluent English (written/ spoken) is a must.
Have experience as HR Business Partners (HRBP) is a plus.
