Manage and operate the WMS for inbound, outbound, return and inventory control processes in a B2C e-commerce warehouse environment.
Ensure receiving, putaway, quality checks, picking, packing, staging, shipping and return activities run in accordance with SOPs and WMS configuration.
Monitor stock accuracy through cycle counting, stock adjustments and reconciliation activities.
Participate in WMS implementation and improvement projects, including requirement gathering, UAT, go-live and post-implementation support.
Analyse operational and system issues across inbound, outbound and inventory processes, and propose system-driven improvements.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and recommend optimisation solutions.
Collaborate with warehouse operations, IT teams and logistics partners to enhance process efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for inbound, outbound and inventory WMS processes.
Oversee warehouse activities including wave planning, picking, sorting, checking, packing, handover, movement, replenishment, cycle counting, inventory transfer, handling lost and damaged stock, and troubleshooting activities.
Requirements
Have a minimum of 2-5 years experience operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in a B2C e-commerce warehouse environment.
Have a strong understanding of inbound, outbound, return and inventory processes.
Hands-on experience in WMS implementation or improvement projects.
