On behalf of our client is currently hiring for a position as detailed below: Wireless Engineer (Mining Industry) WFO Cakung, East Jakarta (Head Office) | Possible Onsite Kalimantan Area
Working Schedule- Monday Thursday: 07.30 16.30
- Friday: 07.30 17.00
Job Description- Configure, install, and maintain Wireless Infrastructure (WiFi, WLAN, RF Radio, Microwave, Access Point, Radio Communication RIG & HT) for enterprise and mining operational environments.
- Perform wireless site survey, RF propagation analysis, signal optimization, and wireless security configuration.
- Handle installation and maintenance of Wireless LAN Indoor & Outdoor (Closed Network / Jartup) and Radio Communication systems.
- Support network infrastructure including Routing & Switching (Layer 2 & Layer 3) and assist firewall implementation (Next Generation Firewall Fortigate).
- Support business trips to onsite Kalimantan mining area based on project request and scheduling (accommodation covered by company).
Qualifications- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Telecommunication, Network Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as Wireless Engineer, preferably from ISP / Network Provider companies (e.g., Internet Service Provider environment is highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of RF frequency, wireless propagation, site survey, wireless security, AP configuration, and radio communication devices (HT / RIG).
- Good understanding of Network Routing, Switching, and basic firewall security concepts (Fortigate is a plus).
- Willing to work WFO Cakung East Jakarta and available to travel onsite to Kalimantan area when required, preferably able to join ASAP.
