We are looking for a self-driven talent for a Wellness Instructor to work with our Spa team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality wellness classes, ranging from yoga and meditation to functional training and Pilates
- Developing personalized wellness plans for guests based on their goals, preferences, and physical conditions
- Providing professional advice and coaching to customers on fitness, nutrition, and mental wellbeing
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment that adheres to health and safety regulations
- Demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning by keeping up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
- Engaging with guests to build rapport and create a memorable, personalized experience
Requirements
- Indonesian citizen
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
- Knowledge of current fitness trends and practices, as well as physical anatomy and physiology
- Eloquent in English both written and spoken
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Certified wellness-related certification is an advantage
- Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. Bachelor's Degree is desirable
