Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Indonesian citizen Wellness Host (Front Desk) based in Bali, Indonesia. The Wellness Host will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience while addressing guest needs throughout their stay. Daily responsibilities include managing front desk operations, coordinating guest services, assisting with bookings, promoting wellness activities, and supporting food and beverage requests. The role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Exceptional customer service skills to anticipate and meet guest needs with professionalism and care.
• Experience in supporting team members to enhance service delivery.
• Knowledge of food and beverage, and service operations to assist guests with related requests and ensure quality service.
• Sales skills to promote wellness activities, services, and retail products.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Previous hospitality or wellness industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Confident in using hotel PMS systems.
