Job Description Summary :

Manage and coordinate the implementation of the process of receiving and discharging goods through weigh stations.

Job Description :

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of weigh stations in the activities of receipt and discharge of goods at the factory, including ensuring calibration (tera) by the Metrology Agency is still valid.

• Responsible for acceptance of raw material and ISCC and Non ISCC oil expenditure and ensure weighing in accordance with the procedure weigh process refers to ISCC system (ISCC ID, GHG emission, Total Certified Product).

• Conduct Tera WB every month.

• Cooperate with the Terminal and Tank Yard sections on the daily cut-off of oil revenues and expenditures so that the quantity of oil receipts and disbursements can be traced properly.

• Responsible for the fulfillment of standard administration acceptance and expenditure of goods in the factory accurately and accurately in accordance with SOP weighbridge and SAP

• In cooperation with transport logistics on behalf of transport company, Plat Number, 3 last cargo, Number of transporters who will send and take oil

• Coordinate with Bulk Filling, Farm and Sales Tanks for daily expenditure arrangements and manage the filling speed.

• Ensure the validity of DO Master.

• Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).

• In cooperation with Bulking and admin export of documents (examples: B / L, Manifest, Minutes and Other Export Documents) and ensure correct completeness

• Monitoring the implementation of GR / GI of oil revenues and disbursements may proceed according to the provisions.

• Monitor the suitability of the vehicles weighed by input into the scales system and the completeness of the documents for receipt or disbursement.

Job Requirement :

• Min Diploma 3 in Industrial Engineering or equivalent

• Having min 2-3 years of working experience as Weighbridge

• Willing to be located in Bagendang - Central Kalimantan
