Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of personal targets including NTB, Funding (CASA & FD), Deposit Mix, Insurance (APE) & Wealth Revenue.
- Have a daily 2-way sales plan.
- Attend daily SOD & EOD briefings conducted by BM / Funding Team Head / Wealth Banking Head.
- Provide timely daily reports to BM / Funding Team Head.
- Ensure sales practices comply with SOPs, SLAs and any applicable regulations.
- Ensure compliance with the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) process in accordance with the AML-CFT Policy, Guidelines and fair transaction rules.
- Carry out daily sales discipline/operating rhythm implemented by the Wealth Banking Head, in order to increase productivity and achieve business targets and balance of business
Job Requirements
- Minimum S1 degree
- Experienced as a sales person in the banking industry
- Have banking operational knowledge min. 3 years.
- Have good communication and leadership skills.
- Accustomed to working with targets.
