Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth receiving, storage, and distribution processes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations
- Manage inbound and outbound processes
- Ensure stock accuracy and conduct stock counts
- Implement proper inventory management (FIFO/FEFO)
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff
- Ensure compliance with SOP, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Prepare regular warehouse reports
- Coordinate with related departments (logistics, purchasing, production, etc.)
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field
- 35 years experience in warehouse/logistics, with at least 3 year in a supervisory role
- Good knowledge of warehouse management & inventory control
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiar with ERP/WMS systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
- Willing to work in shifts if required
