Receive finish product from production packing according to handover data. Pull out finish product for loading to dry container as per request.
Job Description :
- Organize, receive finish product received from packing production and prepare finish product that will be loading to dry container.
- Ensure the finish product is received from the production packing according to the handover data.
- Issuing products on demand in Shipping Instruction (SI)
- Ensure no product is damaged during storage in the warehouse.
- Maintain cleanliness within the warehouse environment.
- Receives a final product return from the loading section.
- Return the damaged product to the production packing.
- Communicate with the production packing party about the transfer of finish product, return finish product, repack finish product.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes (receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch)
- Experience in handling finished goods, preferably in FMCG / manufacturing industries
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, supervise, and develop a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle operational issues and improve processes
- Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and proficient in Microsoft Excel (reporting & analysis)
- Good understanding of inventory control, stock accuracy, and warehouse KPIs
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, shipping)
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong integrity, discipline, and accountability
- Placement in Tarjun (Kalimantan Selatan)
