Job Descriptions:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize picking and packing workflows, ensuring 100% compliance with speed and quality SLAs.
- Coordinate staff schedules and task assignments to ensure optimal labor distribution during peak periods
- Organize and execute regular Cycle Counts and periodic Stock Take (Stock Opname) to verify stock integrity
- Manage shipping documentation and ensure couriers adhere to the warehouse's loading protocols
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistic, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2- 4 years work experience in FMCG / E-Commers company
- Performing good communication and analytic skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is required.
- Having a good sense in understanding of supply chain management process.
- Familiarity with warehouse systems or inventory management tools is a must.
- Willing to WFO at Bekasi, Jawa Barat
