Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure stock accuracy between physical stock and system data.
  • Perform cycle count and stock opname regularly, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with PPIC, Purchasing, and Production regarding material availability and shortages.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1)
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and stock control.
  • Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP (MM module preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • Able to communicate in English
