Warehouse Administrator Cold Storage (Pluit)
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience as a Warehouse Administrator, Warehouse Clerk, or similar role, preferably in cold storage, food distribution, or logistics industry.
- Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) or SAP is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, stock movement, and warehouse documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic administrative systems.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Responsible for updating and maintaining warehouse inventory records.
- Process and record goods receipt, storage, and goods dispatch transactions.
- Prepare and maintain delivery notes, stock reports, and other warehouse documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse team, logistics, and operations to ensure accurate stock movement.
- Monitor stock accuracy and support stock opname activities.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and aligned with company procedures.
- Willing to work on-site in Pluit.
