Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tangerang for a Vulnerability Remediation Supervisor. The role involves overseeing vulnerability remediation processes, including prioritizing and applying security patches across various systems and platforms. The supervisor will developing long-term strategies for Vulnerability Remediation (Greenzone), translate user requirements related to patching or hardening into implementable operational processes, present and communicate proposed plans and strategies effectively, possesses knowledge and understanding of Vulnerability Remediation processes (patch management and hardening). Other responsibilities include reviewing existing processes and proposing improvement plans to simplify and optimize processes in collaboration with customer's internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Technology, or Information Systems, or equivalent qualification with at least two (2) years of relevant experience and/or successful completion of the vendor's assessment.
• Proven expertise in Vulnerability Remediation processes (Patch Management and Hardening).
• Demonstrates leadership skills, time management, and prioritization capabilities.
• Capable of designing and managing flowcharts and workflow processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English, to collaborate across departments and with clients.
• Able to collaborate and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills to assess and address vulnerabilities effectively.
