Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve corporate objectives and revenue targets.
  • Define annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets in alignment with company goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and potential business channels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies accordingly.

2. Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the national/regional sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales organization.
  • Build a strong sales culture focused on accountability, customer focus, and results.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.

3. Business Development

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Drive expansion into new markets and business segments.
  • Negotiate major contracts and strategic partnerships.
  • Support key account management and participate in high-level client meetings.

4. Revenue Growth and Performance Management

  • Ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Analyze sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Implement effective sales processes, tools, and CRM systems.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment.
  • Provide input on product development based on market and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions.

6. Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1015 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant sales growth and managing large sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in English
