Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve corporate objectives and revenue targets.
- Define annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets in alignment with company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and potential business channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies accordingly.
2. Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the national/regional sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales organization.
- Build a strong sales culture focused on accountability, customer focus, and results.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
3. Business Development
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Drive expansion into new markets and business segments.
- Negotiate major contracts and strategic partnerships.
- Support key account management and participate in high-level client meetings.
4. Revenue Growth and Performance Management
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Analyze sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Implement effective sales processes, tools, and CRM systems.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment.
- Provide input on product development based on market and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions.
6. Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients and partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1015 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving significant sales growth and managing large sales teams.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
