About The Role
You will responsible for managing and monitoring visual merchandising implementation standards across all stores, both during routine operational activities and new store openings/renovations. This includes planning, implementation/compliance monitoring, and training and coaching the store's VM team to ensure brand consistency, effective visual displays, and a quality customer shopping experience.
What will you be doing
Operational:
- Develop monthly and annual visual merchandising control plans to ensure all stores are evaluated evenly and periodically, with priorities based on previous performance.
- Conduct ongoing store display and layout checks to ensure visual merchandising implementation aligns with the layout kit, campaign brief, and central SOP.
- Provide training to store teams to strengthen understanding and improve execution by the store VM team.
- Monitor the use of visual promotional materials and props to prevent waste, stock shortages, and misuse.
- Prepare regular evaluation reports and visual documentation so that findings can be objectively identified and used as a basis for improvement.
Store Setup:
- Develop plans and control activities for store setup to ensure a comprehensive evaluation to support a proper and high-quality store opening.
- Coordinate with the Store Opening & VM Creative team during new store setup to ensure visual layouts and props are installed according to the central design.
- Conduct final checks before the store's grand opening or relaunch to ensure displays, signage, and promotional zones appear perfectly at the opening.
- Provide specialized VM training to new store teams to equip them with an understanding of visual standards from the start of operations.
- Oversee the implementation of zoning, flow, and initial new store campaigns to ensure the visual strategy aligns with the store's concept and customer traffic direction.
What do we look for
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Interior Design, Retail Management, or other relevant field
- Min. 3-4 years of working experience as Visual Merchandising Operational
- Key Knowledge and Skills : Visual Display Planning & Zoning, Standardization of Display Props & Materials, Installation of Visual Promotional Elements, Basic Understanding of Aesthetics and Color, Project Management & Time Management, Good Communication, Accuracy and Neatness
