Visual Merchandiser (Project Based)

Scope of Work (SOW)

• Develop visual merchandising concepts aligned with campaigns, seasons, and product launches
• Plan store layout and zoning to improve customer flow and product visibility
• Define placement of hero products, best sellers, and slow-moving items
• Execute window displays, mannequin styling, and in-store displays
• Ensure seamless visual storytelling from window displays to in-store areas
• Create VM guidelines / planograms to maintain consistent store presentation
• Coordinate with marketing and store operations teams
• Conduct store visits (if required) and evaluate display effectiveness

Job Description

• Design and implement visually appealing, commercial-driven displays
• Perform hands-on execution for window displays and in-store displays
• Style mannequins and display tables to encourage cross-selling
• Maintain brand image consistency across all store areas
• Provide improvement recommendations based on display performance and sales
